It was one of our routine patrols. We set out one at a time as usual; a full group would be too conspicuous. I was near the end, following my sisters and trusting the trail of promise and duty. I don’t know what I expected to find when I died. People have a lot of different opinions on what happens and almost every religion bases itself on this question. Reincarnation, afterlife, spirit, void. A soul has to go somewhere, right? No living being can prove things like this and it’s better left that way. Let them worship their deities. Hey y'all! Ok, I've got two quick announcements (and a bunch of random little tidbits cause why not) and then I'll go back to pretending to be dead (lol sorry about that btw) I finally committed to a college!!!!!!!!! Not gonna say which one for privacy reasons, but I would say it's pretty satisfactory in my book. I'll be going into Communications with a specialization in media and culture. Wish me luck!Remember that random Prelude thingy I wrote a while back? Well, I wrote more of it! It's called The Guardling  and I may have created way more characters than I will actually use whoops.  I'm currently uploading it onto Wordpress, but it's not
